Abstract This Regional Law has as its purpose prevention of the outbreak and propagation of natural and technological disasters, reduction of losses caused thereby and mitigation of the consequences thereof, and also delimitation of plenary powers of state bodies in the aforesaid sphere. Regional state bodies shall perform collection and exchange of information related to natural and technological disasters, early warning of the population and information of the population of the disaster risks. Regional early warning system shall be integral part of the national early warning system. Regional Government shall validate the list of potentially dangerous industrial sites.
