Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that energizing beverages with low alcohol content shall be considered beverages containing 1, 2 to 9 percent of ethyl alcohol, caffeine or other energizing ingredients. Retail trade and vending of the aforesaid beverages on the regional territory shall be prohibited.
