Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of issuance and distribution of hunting permits for hunting on common use hunting grounds between natural persons. Hunting permits shall be issued and distributed by the state executive body, competent in conservation and management of wild fauna resources, within established rates and quotas of wild fauna species subject to hunting and capacity of hunting grounds (Art. 2). Distribution of hunting permits shall be carried out in accordance with queueing system and drawing procedure. Each hunter can submit at maximum two applications for no more than a single species in each application (Art. 2).
