This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Industrial production shall pertaining to the sphere of competence of this Regional Law shall be economic activities related to mining, energy generation, recycling, and processing of agricultural raw materials and agricultural commodities. This Regional Law regulates relations originating between subjects operating in the sphere of industry, regional and state bodies and local self-government in the process of formation and implementation of industrial policy. The tasks of industrial policy shall be as follows: (a) formation and development of modern industry; (b) stimulation of industrial activity; (c) introduction of ecofrienfly processes and resource saving technologies; (d) increase of industrial production output; (e) introduction of best available industrial technologies, processes and methods; and ensuring technological independence of the regional economy.
