Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that water charges shall be applicable to industrial and agricultural enterprises. Water charges shall be applicable to water abstracted for technical needs from surface water and groundwater sources. Water abstraction by industrial enterprises shall be subject to mandatory licensing and in case of water abstraction without licence or excess of the established water abstraction rates, water charges shall be raised fivefold.
