Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the process of economic and other activities that can have impact on natural environment. Objects of environmental protection shall be: (a) land, soil, subsoil; (b) surface water and groundwater; (c) forests, plants and vegetation, wild fauna, other organisms and genetic fund thereof; and (d) atmospheric air.
