Abstract This Regional Law establishes rules for the use of forests for hunting management. Forest parcels shall be allocated to individual entrepreneurs and legal persons for organization of hunting management with a view of conservation of forest ecosystems. Use of forest for hunting management shall be regulated by forest parcel lease contracts. Lease holder shall submit to the lessor forest development plan. The following activities shall be authorized on forest parcels allocated on lease for hunting management: (a) hunting services; (b) sowing of fodder and protection plantations, haymaking, procurement of non-timber forest resources as fodder; and (c) construction of open-air cages and pennages for captive breeding.
