Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of land-use planning and, in particular, territorial planning of urban areas with the consideration of ecological factors and urban zoning. It establishes plenary powers of regional administration and local government in the aforesaid sphere. Land-use planning shall be carried out in accordance with territorial planning schemes and authorized types of land tenure within urban areas.
