Abstract The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure promotion of gardening, horticulture and subsidiary smallholding with a view of meeting demand of the population for vegetables, fruits and berries at the expense of personal production of the aforesaid agricultural products. State support of gardening, horticulture and subsidiary smallholding non-commercial associations of citizens shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) campaigning for the promotion of gardening, horticulture and subsidiary smallholding; (b) supply of elite seeds, pesticides and fertilizers through the network of state agrotechnical services; (c) compensation of expenditure for engineering structure; (d) participation in crediting to the amount of 50 percent of total crediting; and (e) setting preferential tariffs for water, electricity, gas supply and telephone lines.
