Abstract This Regional Law establishes that bees, bee families and apiaries shall be subject to legal protection. This Regional Law regulates relations originating from bee raising, use and protection of bees, obtaining, processing and trade of apiculture products and also protection of rights and legal interests of bee farmers (art. 2).
