Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force on 1 January 2021.
Abstract

This Regional Law empowers local government with the authority to keep anthracic animal burial sites and bioterm pits pertaining to regional ownership. Keeping anthracic animal burial sites and bioterm pits shall be intended: (a) complex - measures aimed at ensuring compliance of animal burial site, bioterm pits in compliance with veterinary and sanitary-epidemiological regulations; and (b) implementation of current repair of animal burial grounds and bioterm pits.
