Entry into force notes

This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.

Abstract

This Regional Law establishes rates of fees for forest management. Forest management fees shall be calculated on the basis of forest parcel area, owned by regional administration and allotted for timber extraction on lease to citizens in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species. It envisages forest management, including timber extraction for small ethnic communities of the North, free of charge as part of traditional rights.
