This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The scope of this Law shall be to regulate hunting and hunting management with a view of conservation of wild fauna species and natural habitats thereof. Hunting species shall be public property and regulation of management of wild fauna species subject to hunting shall be regulated by the authorized state institution in the sphere of hunting (Art. 1). Natural habitats of wild fauna species subject to hunting shall form state hunting fund irrespectively of the ownership of land area where the aforesaid species have their habitats (Art. 5). Concession of hunting grounds for hunting purposes shall be put into effect on condition of lease (Art. 8). Lessor of hunting ground, for the period of no less than 10 years, shall be Regional Council of Ministers (Art. 9). Hunting shall be classifies as: (a) commercial and artisanal; (b) scientific research, cultural, educational and aesthetic; and (c) regulation of the number of species (Art. 11). Hunting authorization shall be granted for fee (Art. 13).
