Abstract This Regional Law regulates the use of forests for hunting management as a form of entrepreneurial activity. Hunting managers shall have the right: (a) to issue once-only hunting licences within established quotas, rates and limits; (b) to conclude hunting contracts with natural and legal persons. Hunting management shall include the following arrangements: (a) regulation of hunting and establishment of the number of hunters for hunting season; (b) feeding of wild fauna species subject to hunting; (c) selection on forest parcels of protected areas (reproduction grounds, no-take zones, wood grouse mating areas etc.); (c) increase or reduction of wild fauna species; and (d) acclimatization and re-acclimatization of wild fauna species.
