Abstract This Regional Law regulates collection, harvesting and procurement of non-timber forest products by citizens for individual personal needs. It shall be applicable either to edible or non-edible forest products, including medicinal plants. Harvesting and collection of wild-growing berries, fruits and edible nuts shall be performed manually without utilization of any mechanical means in the period of complete ripening established by the authorized regional executive body.
