Abstract This Regional Law regulates terms and conditions of wine processing and production, and also trade of wine products. Regional Government through authorized regional institution establishes areas for grape growing that gives the right to use protected geographic area denomination for wine products. Grape species and geographic areas of their growing shall be inserted in the state register. Producers of grape and wine for commercialization shall submit annually declaration on produce output to the competent regional state body.
