Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force one month after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

State veterinary service shall be the authorized state institution in the sphere of veterinary that shall have the following competence: (a) prevention and liquidation of the outbreaks of animal diseases; (b) animal healthcare; and (c) veterinary servicing of stockbreeding and state veterinary supervision. State veterinary supervision shall carry out the following tasks: (a) identification of animal diseases and conditions of the outbreak and spreading of animal diseases; (b) organization of animal disease control; (c) enforcement of acting veterinary rules and regulations; (d) application of special protective arrangements of animals; and (e) and suppression of violations of veterinary legislation.
