Abstract This Regional Law establishes legal and economic basis for the formation of wholesale agricultural and food markets granting equal access thereto to all producers and consumers of agricultural commodities. Producers of agricultural commodities shall be considered all natural and legal persons engaged in manufacturing of agricultural commodities. The scope of the formation of wholesale agricultural and food markets shall be to provide with foodstuffs, agricultural raw materials and resources of the regional demand and maximum use of regionally produced agricultural commodities.
