Abstract The scope of this Regional Law shall be as follows: (a) conservation of forest resources; (b) rational management and conservation of forest fund; (c) improvement of forest fund management for hunting purposes; and (d) combination of forest and hunting management. This Regional Law regulates management of the plots of forest fund for captive breeding and keeping of wild fauna species subject to hunting, storage areas for wild animal feedstuffs, organization of watering points and carrying out other biotechnical arrangements (Art. 1). Plots of forest fund shall be conceded to legal persons-hunting managers on lease and on condition of free-of-charge management in accordance with long-term licence (Art. 3).
