Abstract This Regional Law delimits plenary powers of regional state bodies in the sphere of regulation of water relations. Regional Government shall be responsible for: (a) management and utilization of waterbodies pertaining to the regional public ownership; (b) validation of the regional specific programs related to water management; (c) calculation and collection of water fees and water charges; (d) regulation of navigation of small-size vessels; and (e) reservation of portable water supply sources.
