Entry into force notes

This Regional Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.

Abstract

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “organization and carrying out tenders for conclusion of contracts for allocation of fishing area for subsistence fisheries by low-numbered ethnic communities of the North for ensuring their traditional rights and traditional way of life”.
