Abstract This Regional Law establishes the measures of state support of citizens carrying out subsidiary smallholding in the following forms: (a) assistance in purchase of agricultural commodities produced by subsidiary smallholding; (b) priority in allotment of agricultural land; (c) assistance in arrangements for raising productivity of pedigree stock; and (d) partial subsidies for covering expenditure, including partial extinguishment of credits. Maximum land area of agricultural land allotted for subsidiary smallholding shall be 10 hectares.
