This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the measures of state support of citizens carrying out subsidiary smallholding in the following forms: (a) assistance in purchase of agricultural commodities produced by subsidiary smallholding; (b) priority in allotment of agricultural land; (c) assistance in arrangements for raising productivity of pedigree stock; and (d) partial subsidies for covering expenditure, including partial extinguishment of credits. Maximum land area of agricultural land allotted for subsidiary smallholding shall be 10 hectares.
