Abstract This Regional Law establishes traditional rights of indigenous peoples of the North for hunting free of charge of wild fauna species subject to hunting with licence as a form of subsistence hunting for personal consumption. Wildlife products and game obtained as subsistence hunting shall not be subject to taxation. The aforesaid traditional rights shall be applicable exclusively to the number of game obtained as a form of subsistence hunting.
