Abstract This Regional Law establishes legal grounds for manufacturing of organic agricultural production and determines the guidelines of state policy and arrangements of state support of organic agricultural production sector. The scope of this Regional Law shall be creation of favorable conditions for manufacturing of organic agricultural production, including smallholding, conservation of natural resources, improvement of ecofriendly production, improvement of quality and safety of foodstuffs.
