Abstract This Regional Law regulates legal relations in the field of forest management, use, protection and reproduction of municipal forest on the regional territory. The Regional Law consists of 12 Articles. Article 1 regards legislation on municipal forest. Article 2 regards municipal forest. Article 3 regards management of municipal forest. Article 4 determines the main requirements as regards the use of municipal forest. Article 5 regards the use of the territory (part of the territory) of urban settlements covered by municipal forest for construction and expansion of works. Article 6 classifies the types of forest management in municipal forest. Article 7 determines the modalities of stay of citizens in municipal forest. Article 8 regards reproduction of municipal forest and forest-growing. Article 9 regards conservation and protection of municipal forest. Article 10 regards financing of arrangements in the field of forest management, utilization, conservation, protection and reproduction of municipal forest. Article 11 establishes liability for the infringement of the present Regional Law. Article 12 determines the modalities of entry into force of the present Regional Law.
