Entry into force notes

This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Abstract

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional executive bodies shall be responsible for: (a) compilation of balance sheet of mineral deposits; (b) public assessment of available deposits of minerals; (c) dispute settlement related to subsoil management; (d) validation of terms and conditions, and the modalities of issuance, of mining licences; and (e) decision-making on concession of plots of subsoil of local significance for exploration”.
