This Regional Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the powers of state authorities of the Kamchatka Territory to submit proposals to the Government of the Russian Federation on the formation of a list of places of traditional residence and traditional economic activities of small indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation. In order to protect the original habitat, traditional way of life, economic activities and crafts of small indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation, the Legislative Assembly of the Kamchatka Territory approves by a resolution and sends to the Government of the Russian Federation proposals for the formation of a list of places of traditional residence and traditional economic activities of the indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation.
