Abstract This Regional Law establishes the rules of hunting management on forest parcels. Forest parcels conceded for hunting management shall be considered hunting grounds. Forest managers shall have the right: (a) carry out biotechnical arrangements; (b) keep wild fauna species in semi-captive conditions in accordance with acting legislation; and (d) procure fuelwood for heating of hunting lodges and making fires. Hunting managers must: (a) use forest parcels for specified purposes in accordance with forest legislation; (b) comply with contractual arrangements with timely payment of forest fees and charges; (c) carry out forest fire prevention arrangements; (d) observe sanitary rules in forests; and (e) ensure preservation of forest ecosystems, recreational and other beneficial qualities of forests.
