Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of subsoil management containing deposits of common widespread minerals. Plots of subsoil shall be conceded to subsoil managers in the form of mining allotment for geological exploration and mining. Subsoil manager shall carry out the aforesaid activities in accordance with licence. Distribution of subsoil plots shall be carried out through auctions. All the issued licences for subsoil management shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Issuance of licence shall require payment of fees.
