Abstract This Regional Law establishes that hunting management on forest parcels shall be carried out by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with forest parcel lease contracts with allotment of forest parcels. Forest parcels conceded for hunting management shall be considered hunting grounds. Hunting managers must: (a) use forest parcels for specified purposes in accordance with forest legislation, legislation on wild fauna and in accordance with forest parcel lease contracts; (b) pay agreed rental fee within established deadline; (c) ensure conservation of protective, sanitary, hygienic and recreational functions of forests; (d) observe forest fire rules in forests; and (e) prevent forest offences.
