This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law regulates relations regarding procurement of non-timber edible forest resources (wild growing fruits, berries, nuts, mushrooms, seeds, birch juice etc.) and medicinal plants by citizens for individual personal needs without re-sale to third party. Collection and procurement of non-timber edible forest resources and , in particular, mushrooms and wild growing plants, recorded in the Red Book of protected plant species, and also procurement of wild growing mushrooms and plants recognized as prohibited crops shall be prohibited. Picking of berries shall be carried out manually.
