Abstract The present Regional Law establishes tariffs for standing timber. The tariffs are applicable for main felling and other categories of felling. In case of timber harvesting and logging in the process of intermediate felling the present tariffs must be reduced in the following manner: 1) for tree thinning and selective felling to 50 percent; 2) for other types of intermediate felling to 30 percent.
