Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of procurement and collection of non-timber forest resources for individual personal needs. Places of procurement and collection of non-timber forest resources shall be established by the authorized state regional institution in the sphere of forest relations. Citizens performing procurement and collection on non-timber forest resources must use methods and technologies preventing exhaustion of forest resources, observe forest fire prevention rules and regulations and comply with other requirements of the federal and regional forestry legislation.
