Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of issuance and distribution of hunting permits for hunting on common use hunting grounds between natural persons. Hunting permits shall be issued and distributed by the state executive body, competent in conservation and management of wild fauna resources, within the time limit from the beginning to the end of hunting season and within acting period of established quotas (Art. 3). Hunter’s application must contain the following: (a) personal data; (b) reference data of personal hunting association membership card; (c) type of intended hunting; (d) place of hunting; and (e) data of species intended for hunting and quantity thereof (Art. 3).
