Abstract This Regional Law establishes that regional tourist resources shall include natural (environmental), historical, cultural and social sites and objects meeting spiritual, healthcare, recreational and physical recovery demands of tourists. Regional executive bodies shall perform the following powers: (a) adoption of regional legislative acts in the field of tourism; (b) participation in the implementation of state policy in the field of tourism; (c) validation of the regional state programs in the field of tourism; (d) creation of favorable conditions for tourism; and (e) registration of the regional tourist resources.
