Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of protection of public health and ensures provision of medical and social assistance to the population. Citizens shall have the right of access to information related to rational nutritional rates and values. The state shall ensure provision of complete and full-value nutrition and infant food to pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age through the network of special nutritional points. Provision with complete and full-rate nutrition shall be subordinated to issuance of medical certificate.
