Abstract This Regional Law establishes that regional fund of geological information shall be set up and administered by the authorized state regional institution. Catalogue of available geological information shall be published on the official website. Geological information shall be released to natural and legal persons in the form of consultation and extracts, and in the form of copies of documents and materials containing geological information. The applicant must submit application specifying: (a) personal data of applicant; (b) the purpose of obtaining geological information; and (c) the list of requested information.
