Abstract This Regional Law regulates plant production, procurement trade and use of seeds of agricultural crops, authorized for use and recorded in the State Register of selection achievements. Production of original seeds shall be performed by plant variety or seed originator. Only seeds complying with state standards shall be authorized for agricultural crops production. Use of seeds contaminated with quarantine organisms, pests and diseases shall be prohibited. Seed quality shall be guaranteed by certificate.
