Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of licensing of retail trade and vending of liquors by legal persons. It shall not be applicable to trade of beer and natural beverages with alcohol contents not exceeding 6 percent. Maximum period of validity of licence for retail trade and vending of liquors shall be five years, but it could be issued also for a shorter period of time. The aforesaid licences shall be subject to prolongation. Licence holders shall declare the amount of sold liquors. Licences shall be of two types: (a) for retail trade and vending of liquors with alcohol contents up to 15 percent; and (b) for retail trade and vending of liquors with unlimited alcohol contents.
