Abstract This Regional law regulates relations originating between producers of agricultural commodities and other natural or legal persons, state bodies and local government in the sphere of agricultural development. It establishes legal grounds for implementation of state policy in the sphere of agricultural development. Implementation of state agrarian policy shall have the following targets: (a) state provision of the population wit agricultural commodities and foodstuffs produced on the regional territory; (b) conservation, reproduction and efficient use of land resources; (c) state support of the producers of agricultural commodities; (d) regulation of agricultural market; (e) sustainable development of rural areas; and (f) extension services.
