Abstract This Regional Law establishes that retail trade and vending of liquors shall be subject to mandatory licensing by the authorized regional state licensing institution. Each trading organization must declare the amount (quantity) of liquors sold on a regular basis. Regional Administration shall impose restrictions in the form of time limits for trade of spirituous liquors with alcohol contents exceeding 15% and spatial restrictions related to educational institutions, healthcare and sport facilities, and places of mass gathering of citizens.
