Abstract This Regional Law regulates institution and keeping regional Red Book of protected and endangered wild animal and wild growing plant species with a view of ensuring sustainable management of biological diversity and conservation of genetic resources thereof. Basic arrangements for keeping Red Book shall include: (a) data collection and reporting; (b) wild fauna and wild flora monitoring; (c) registration of protected and endangered species; and (d) publication and distribution of Red Book.
