This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law regulates institution and keeping regional Red Book of protected and endangered wild animal and wild growing plant species with a view of ensuring sustainable management of biological diversity and conservation of genetic resources thereof. Basic arrangements for keeping Red Book shall include: (a) data collection and reporting; (b) wild fauna and wild flora monitoring; (c) registration of protected and endangered species; and (d) publication and distribution of Red Book. Species recorded in Red Book shall be subject to mandatory protection and state registration.
