This Regional Law enters into force on 1 January 2009.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of provision with adequate nutrition of pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age. Adequate nutrition shall be provided in accordance with medical certification for pregnant women registered at medical institutions, nursing mothers and children under three years of age. Adequate nutrition shall be provided in the form of monthly financial compensation as allowance. Pregnant women shall be provided with adequate nutrition upon completion of 12 months’ period of pregnancy.
