This Regional Law enters into force on 1 January 2014.
Abstract

This Regional Law delegates to local government of some state powers for the provision of students with disabilities living in municipal (private) educational organizations performing educational activities on basic general education programs, with food, clothing, footwear, soft and hard equipment and provision of students with disabilities not living in municipal (private) educational organizations performing educational activities with free two meals a day. Local government must finance through subsidies, transferred from the regional budget, the aforesaid expenditure and ensure efficient and rational use of financial means transferred from the regional budget for financing of transferred state powers. Annex 1 contains the Methodology of calculation of subsidies for the provision of students with food and other equipment.
