Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law defines nature management as economic and other activities related to the use of natural resources and (or) having environmental impact. Regional executive body in the sphere of nature management shall elaborate annual plans related to ecological education, propaganda and ecological information of the population. The authorized regional state environmental institution shall carry out planning of location of regional significance. Red Book of endangered and protected wild fauna and wild flora species shall be instituted on the regional territory.
