Abstract This Regional Law establishes economic and legal guaranteed for tourism and regulates rational management of tourist resources, including use of natural and cultural heritage, and restoration and protection of tourist resources pertaining to natural environment. Tourist shall have the right of access to reliable and true information related to protected areas and sanitary and epidemiological state of territory.
