Abstract This Regional Law establishes legal and financial for transfer local government of some state plenary powers for support of production of agricultural commodities and regulates the activity of the bodies of local government for realization thereof. Producers of agricultural commodities shall be considered also physical persons performing subsidiary smallholding. State support shall be granted in the form of subsidies and partial reimbursement of interests on credits allocated to producers of agricultural commodities of production of agricultural commodities.
