Abstract This Regional Law is aimed at realization of state support of agricultural consumer crediting cooperatives by regional state bodies. The scope of this Regional Law shall be formation and efficient functioning of agricultural consumer crediting cooperatives and stimulation of sustainable development thereof. State support shall be granted in the following forms: (a) protection of members of cooperatives and shareholders; (b) involvement of citizens, producing agricultural commodities in the form of subsistence farming, in rural economy through crediting consumer cooperatives; and (c) subsidies to crediting consumer cooperatives.
