Abstract This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right for timber extraction of forest species for individual personal needs for housing construction, reconstruction and heating in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species without tender and without allotment of forest parcels. Rates of timber extraction shall be set forth by the regional administration. The period of validity of timber extraction authorization shall not exceed 12 months.
