Abstract This Regional Law shall be applicable to edible non-timber forest resources such as wild growing fruits, berries, nuts, mushrooms, birch juice, and also to medicinal plants that can be procured and collected for individual personal needs free of charge and without any specific authorization. Citizens shall procure and collect the aforesaid resources without damaging wild flora species, ensuring timely reproduction of non-timber forest resources and preventing exhaustion thereof. Procurement and collection of the aforesaid resources shall be performed in the period of ripening.
